This is my 3rd Nissan bought from Jones Nissan and Ray Washington. Each time it gets better and better, I called Ray, told him what I was looking for and when I got there he had a couple vehicles ready for a test drive. Within 4 hours I was out the door with the car and everything was completed. Always had a good experience with Jones and the staff. My next Nissan for my youngest child will be with Ray at Jones Nissan.

Bought a new Pathfinder at Jones. This is one of many cars we have purchased through them. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone involved. No pressure put on us. Everyone involved was pleasant and informative. We were told to take our time with our testing of the vehicles. Once we made our purchase, a lot of time was spent showing me all the details in my new vehicle and it was done in a very thorough manner. Salesperson also gave me his card with his number in case I have any future question on anything in my vehicle. This was a such a positive experience. I would "highly" recommend buying your next vehicle at Jones.

I recently purchased a new car here and the experience was great. I'm not a haggler, which usually makes car buying an unpleasant experience. However, by using truecar I was able to get the exact price the vehicle in stock at Jones. The estimate included the delivery fee and the dealership fee so there were no surprises, and I was able to lock in a dealer discount of 2300 bucks on top of Nissian's customer cash. Our sales rep, Zack Mohr was personalable and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

I can't even begin to describe the level of customer satisfaction that I received while purchasing my new vehicle on 4/24/2017. Bong Kim and Dominick Avena met me immediately at the door, qualified my needs for my purchase and within 3 minutes I had 2 vehicles that were parked and waiting for me to drive. I picked my new truck, color and while I was finalizing my financing thru USAA, the vehicle was cleaned, full tank of gas, and Bong took the time to put my tags on and was so attentive to detail that he even paired my phone so I wouldn't have to do it!! Bong and Dominick made the entire process beyond 5 stars!!!!!!!! I highly recommend Jones , Bong and Dominick. My experience has restored my faith in old fashioned Client Satisfaction!
